<p class="wp-block-paragraph">TSMaster软件在标定过程中启用记录引擎后，会生成符合ASAM标准的MF4测量数据文件，该文件同时包含观测量与标定量数据。标定结束后，用户可通过回放MF4文件，查看标定过程中各信号的变化历程。此外，TSMaster支持将总线数据同步记录至同一个MF4文件中，回放时可在报文信息窗口观察记录期间的总线数据详情。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">TSMaster2026.4.7.1927及之后的版本中，新增了在无A2L文件的情况下直接回放MF4文件的功能。这一新特性究竟如何操作？下文将为您逐一拆解，让您一看就懂、一用就会。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在2026.4.7.1927版本之前，若工程中未载入A2L文件以解析对应的数据库，则回放MF4文件时，无法找到记录文件中对应的变量，因而无法通过图形窗口观察各变量的变化。在新版本中，新增了如下机制：当载入MF4文件后检测到系统中不存在的变量时，用户可选择自动创建这些变量，从而支持后续相关功能的正常使用。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">此外，TSMaster支持将总线数据一并记录到MF4文件中，在以往的版本中，回放MF4文件时展示记录的总线数据需要配合A2L文件方可实现，而2026.4.7.1927版本之后可以实现无A2L文件回放MF4文件中的总线数据。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>1、载入MF4文件</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">打开标定管理器，在工程停止的情况下点击标定管理器列表中的测量记录，右键选择载入，如图1。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">选择需要载入的文件后，会弹出选择窗口，提示是否选择回放所有信号，点击“是(Yes)”，如图2。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>2、自动创建不存在的系统变量</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">载入后，在测量记录列表中选中MF4文件，若该文件为首次在本工程中载入，系统无法检测到记录文件中的变量，则会弹出提示窗口，需要选择自动创建，如图3。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">自动创建系统管理器会新增名为“AutoCreatedSymbols”的分组，即系统识别MF4文件中的信号后自动创建的所有系统变量。如图4。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">回放时若想直观观察信号的变化曲线，可将自动创建出的系统变量加入到图形窗口中，在回放过程中绘制出对应的数值曲线。添加时可选择在图形窗口中右键选择添加信号或变量，也可打开系统变量管理器，选择变量后拖拽至图形窗口中，如图5。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">TSMaster支持用户自定义回放记录文件中的信号，可选择默认回放全部信号或者自定义选择。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在载入MF4文件时，选择回放所有信号后，工程会自动在回放信号选择中激活所有信号，回放时即可一次性分析所有信号的变化。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">若在载入时不选择回放所有信号，则载入后所有信号均为失能状态，用户可在“回放信号选择”列出的树状图中根据自身需求勾选想要回放的信号，如图6。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">选定需要回放的信号后，在标定模块的测量记录中选中要回放的MF4文件，右键选择回放，如图7。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">回放结束后，打开图形窗口即可观察到，已添加在图形窗口的系统变量根据MF4文件中记录的数据绘制出了对应的数值曲线，如图8。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">若回放的MF4文件中同时记录了标定数据和总线数据，则在回放完成后可以同时观察到图形窗口中的标定数据和报文信息窗口中的总线数据，如图9。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在显示配置中，可以选择记录时使用的摄像头设备，并配置摄像头能力。同时，用户可以在显示配置中设定记录的视频文件保存路径，具体步骤如下：</p>

<li>在摄像头列表中<strong>选中要使用的摄像头</strong></li>



<li>勾选<strong>启用所选摄像头</strong></li>



<li>在&#8221;默认能力&#8221;下拉框中选择合适的摄像头工作分辨率/帧率</li>



<li>在<strong>输出目录</strong>中设置视频文件保存路径（默认路径：工程目录 → LoggingVideo）</li>
</ol>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>3. 导入配置/导出配置</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在工程中完成摄像头配置后，可将当前配置以 JSON 格式导出。导出的配置文件支持导入至其他工程，从而实现配置的跨工程复用，如图3。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">点击视频记录工具栏中的<strong>生成代码</strong>按钮，TSMaster 会基于当前工程路径生成 /Logging/video 输出目录的示例代码，可直接复制到自动化脚本中使用，提升测试工程的复用性。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">若在实车测试中需要在记录视频文件的同时将总线数据记录到BLF文件中，则需要在工程启动后同时开启总线记录与视频记录。具体步骤如下：</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>打开<strong>视频记录模块</strong>，完成视频记录相关配置；</li>



<li>打开<strong>总线记录模块</strong>，配置数据文件夹与数据文件名，激活自动启动模式；</li>



<li>启动工程后，点击视频记录中的<strong>录像</strong>开始；</li>



<li>测试结束后，先点击<strong>录像</strong>停止视频，再点击主工具栏<strong>停止记录</strong>结束总线记录，如图5：</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">该方案支持两种控制方式：COM 接口调用、RPC 远程过程调用，并通过UDP 套接字实现状态实时上报。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Q1：程序发生异常，请检查ini文件中工程路径是否正确？<br>A：这个是配置的ini文件中工程路径不对，或者没有正确安装TSMaster，导致打开工程指定不到TSMaster。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Q2：系统报错OSError: [WinError 10048] 通常每个套接字地址(协议/网络地址/端口)只允许使用一次？<br>A：在网络编程中，一个套接字地址由协议（例如TCP或UDP）、网络地址（例如IP地址）和端口号组成。这个错误通常在尝试在相同的地址上创建多个套接字时发生，操作系统默认情况下不允许多个套接字绑定到相同的地址。一般发生在生成exe之后，打开会出现此错误，需要脚本里边重新更改端口号。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Q3：显示“打开ini文件错误或者是ini文件格式错误！KeyError: &#8216;Driver1&#8217;”？<br>A：该报错是由于ini配置文件名不对，或者没有找到键值&#8217;Driver1&#8217;，确认Setting配置文件是否存在，再者检查是否存在Driver1这个键值。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Q4：工程文件路径配置对了，为什么还是提醒工程Project file does not exist？<br>A：需要检查工程路径下有中文，有中文或者特殊字符都会出现识别不了情况。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Q5：本地存在多个刷写项目，如何打开指定的刷写工程？<br>A：COM口可以在setting配置文件中传入指定工程文件的路径，RPC方式可以指定获取到的app_name_list，若只有一个app_name_list[0]，若有多个根据开启的RPC服务端名称确认（如TSMaster1对应app_name_list[1]）。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Q6：两种调用方式存在什么区别？<br>A：COM接口可以实现在工程未打开情况下自动调用打开，RPC则需要要求工程处于开启状态，通过脚本或其他上位机直接控制，看实际适配场景进行选择。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在CAN、CAN FD总线通信中，采样点的设置直接决定了节点能否在复杂的电磁环境下正确识别总线电平。一个毫厘之间的偏差，就可能引发CRC错误、错误帧甚至总线瘫痪。然而，传统的采样点测试工具，真的测准了吗？</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今天，我们通过TH7011干扰仪与某友商工具的实测对比，揭开采样点测试中那些被忽视的“精度陷阱”，并看看TH7011是如何凭借FPGA级5ns步进与自定义多次干扰循环，将测试误差压至极限的。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">为了精确采样，11898规范中将⼀个Bit划分成4个段：同步段（SS:Synchronization Segment）、传播段（PS:Propagation Segment）、相位缓冲段1（PBS1:Phase Buffer Segment1）、相位缓冲段2（PBS2:Phase Buffer Segment2），如下所示：</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">规范要求采样点在相位缓冲段1（Phase Buffer Segent1）和相位缓冲段2（Phase Buffer Segent2）之间。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">举例：如下图80%采样点是怎样的？实际上是约定⼀个采样时刻，确保总线上的所有CAN节点在近乎相等的时刻采样。假设：要求设置采样点为80%，通信速率500Kbps，则tBit= 2us，则采样时间点 =2 * 0.8 us = 1.6us。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">总线上的节点，虽然处于同⼀个CAN总线内，但是，每个节点的晶振精度未必相同，节点晶振之间可能存在偏差，因此，晶振主导的时钟频率就可能存在相位差，即：不同的节点，<strong>虽然设置了相同的通信速率，也可能存在tBit⻓度不同的可能</strong>，因此，<strong>发送节点在发送帧的时候，接收节点可能识别到下降沿的滞后或者提前</strong>。此时，就需要重同步弥补此偏差。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>1、硬同步</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在发送节点向总线发送一帧中SOF位作为同步消息（Sync Message），总线上所有节点通过接收同步消息对自身时钟进行校准，准备竞争总线的使用权，即 ：所有节点都检测到了起始的显性位（ &#8220;0&#8221;），此刻，总线上所有节点可以公平竞争，这就是&#8221;硬同步&#8221;。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>2、重同步</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">一帧CAN报文， 由很多个Bit位构成，硬同步使得节点在帧起始的位置完成时序的对齐，一个一个Bit在CAN总线上的串行传输，每个Bit的宽度稳定性（ 时序） 无法保证，通过延长PBS1或者缩短PBS2来弥补采样误差，这就是重同步。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>重同步的两种情况：</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1) PBS2缩短SJW，实现重同步<br>如果下降沿落在了采样点之后，SS之前，接收节点会缩短PBS2长度，以此弥补发送节点提前导致的偏差。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">假设Node A和Node B均以500Kbps速率通信，但是Node A的Bit宽度略小于Node B， 当Node A发送数据的时候，Node B接收，会认为Node A发送提前，Node B就不得不缩短PBS2，弥补两者之间的相位差。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2) PBS1延⻓SJW，实现重同步<br>下降沿落在了SS之后，采样点之前，接收节点会延⻓PBS1⻓度，以此弥补发送节点滞后导致的偏差。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">反过来，Node B发送，Node A接收时，Node A认为Node B发送的滞后，Node A需要延⻓PBS1来弥补两者之间的相位差。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">PBS1延⻓多少，PBS2缩短多少，由SJW值决定。SJW不参与采样点的计算，它只是重同步时，延⻓PBS1或者缩短PBS2⻓度的最⼤值。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>3、TC设备中的SJW</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">采样点的位置不受DUT所处的收发状态影响，故针对DUT可以做两种采样点测试：</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>DUT发送采样点：⼲扰DUT发送的指定报⽂的某个位</li>



<li>DUT接收采样点：可以通过测试⼯具发送特定⼲扰报⽂去检测DUT的⾏为。</li>
</ol>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>⼀般来说，都是去做接收采样的测试。</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">以CAN采样点测试为例，TH7011在与DUT（Device Under Test）成功通信的状态下，⽤⼾使⽤TH7011⾃定义的ID发送报⽂进⾏特定位⼲扰，完成⽤⼾⾃定义次数（默认20次）的⼲扰循环。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">从波形可以看出对DUT发送20次报⽂，削减⼀次（5ns）的现象。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ISO 11898-1中规定在逻辑电平由隐性到显性的跳变沿会进⾏重同步，所以采样点测试中⼲扰位置最好选择⼀帧报⽂“隐性位”→“显性位”→“隐性位”序列中的“显性位”。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">从波形可以看出再⼀帧报⽂中“隐性位”→“显性位”→“隐性位”序列中的“显性位”进⾏了削减干扰。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">每⼀个⼲扰循环将缩短数段段第15位显性位⻓度，当后⾯的隐性位前移，到达DUT的采样点，会被DUT采到为⾼电平，出现CRC error，DUT随即发送错误帧，并被TH7011采集到。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">采样点的测试结果受到很多因素影响，下⾯列举⼏个主要误差来源：</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1、标称位宽度的TQ数<br>⼀bit位由N个TQ组成</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ISO 11898-1协议规定重同步会使跳变沿落在同步段里，实际上跳变沿会落在同步段1个TQ宽度以内的任意的位置，所以由DUT自身带来最大误差为1个TQ，而TQ数量与DUT采用的时钟、预分频值以及传输波特率等都相关。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">因此在采样点测试中，CAN总线上会因为两节点晶振相位没有对齐，对发送在总线上波形进行削减干扰，导致与DUT数据链路层接收到的波形不⼀致。<br><br><strong>下图为模拟CAN总线通讯的时序图：<br></strong>假设DUT在CAN时钟的上升沿（虚线处）位置对发送波形进行采样。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1） 由于发送CAN时钟与接收CAN时钟相位存在差异，导致发送波形不会正好落在接收CAN时钟的上升沿位置，所以发送波形落在接收CAN时钟第一个上升沿之后得到DUT实际接收波形；</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2）假设TH7011从右往左进行5ns削减为发送帧总长的2%；此时2%的削减导致DUT实际接收的5%采样点减少；理论上，TH7011在每一次干扰循环中，干扰次数越多，越能避免相位带来的误差。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>2、不同测试工具精度的影响</strong><br>TH7011的测量精度是指在每次干扰循环可缩短或增长的步进长度，即5ns。假设 DUT 的CAN时钟频率为40MHz，预分频值为1，则单个TQ长度为25ns。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">例 ：在500K 2000K波特率下，位时间分别为2000ns 和 500ns中，</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>TH7011所带来的精度误差为: </strong>仲裁段：5/2000 = 0.25%，数据段 5/500= 1%；<br><strong>友商工具所带来的精度误差为: </strong>仲裁段：6.25/2000 = 0.3125%，数据段 6.25/500=1.25%;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">由于DUT跳变沿机制自身带来的一个TQ误差：仲裁段：25/2000 = 1.25% 数据段 25/500= 5%。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>3、结论</strong><br>所以在CAN总线通讯上，进行采样点测试，理论最大误差会存在（工具精度误差）+（ DUT一个TQ误差） ；但是TH7011可以通过在一个干扰循环内进行多次干扰几乎避免了相位没对齐所带来的误差。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>1、TH7011能通过自定义干扰循环消除CAN时钟相位没对齐带来的误差。</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">TH7011采样点测试每次干扰循环可自定义次数:</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1）在TH7011能在每次削减（精度*5） ns 的情况下发送 （测试次数）条报文进行采样点测试。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">由DUT自身带来最大误差为1个TQ，在“ 显性位”发生重同步的下降沿是这一个TQ内变化的，理论上在进行一个干扰循环内进行多次测试得到的第一帧错误帧采样点够更接近在一个TQ变换范围内的最大值。所带来的测试结果更精确。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">经过测试，测试次数设置在20次既能保证准确的同时也保证所用时间较短。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2）友商工具进行采样点测试时会在总线空闲时发送一帧固定ID为0x0的报文进行一次削减干扰。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">由于每次干扰循环只有一次，不同通过多次干扰循环消除相位所带来的误差，测得结果会在一个TQ内浮动。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>2、更高的测试精度</strong><br>TH7011是一款基于FPGA实现的干扰仪，晶振为200M，所以一个FPGA ticks周期 T0 = 1/200M = 5.00ns(纳秒)。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">如CAN总线波特率是500kb/s速率，所以周期位T1 = 1/500K = 2000 ns (纳秒) ; 而400 * 5.00 =2000，也就是说需要400个 FPGA ticks才能刚好干扰一个CAN bit 位。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">友商工具晶振为160M，所以一个FPGA ticks周期 T0 = 1/160M = 6.25ns(纳秒) ; 而320 * 6.25 =2000，也就是说需要320个 FPGA ticks才能刚好干扰一个CAN bit 位。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在进行采样点测试中，TH7011可以一个FPGA ticks周期 5ns进行削减干扰，对比友商 一个FPGA ticks周期6.25ns所带来的误差更小，在进行位内干扰时，TH7011能以更小的步进进行削减。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">TSMaster允许用户将当前工程打包成一个独立的、可执行的发布文件，无需暴露设计细节，接收方双击即可运行。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">加密发布是TSMaster的重要功能，尤其适用于向供应商、产线、客户分发测试脚本或标定工程。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">操作流程如下：</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">加密发布可以将当前被加密的工程打包成T7z或PT7z文件格式，首次使用时需要导入该文件，并将其释放到一个目录中。该操作会加密所有数据库和配置信息，防止配置被拷贝和修改；同时用户可以一键自动运行已配置好的应用，而无需了解应用设计细节，可以非常方便地嵌入生产环境。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在TSMaster软件中的位置如图1所示：</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">需要加密工程的设置信息如图2如下：</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">①：设置密码保护，当打开加密发布后的工程会需要输入密码；<br>②：影子模式，当勾选该模式之后，用户做了任何的更改配置都将无法保存；<br>③：启动选项，用来确定启动时是否选择带license的同星硬件，或者其他任意品牌硬件；<br>④：版本绑定，选择打开时的位数，x86或x64版本；<br>⑤：显示内容，用来在打开工程时是否弹窗提示信息。（如需要使用不低于xxx的版本打开此工程以及一些其他需要注意的事项）</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">若需要对加密发布后的工程进行限制，如设定指定的使用日期，可以激活使用限制功能，如图3所示：</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">①：工程只能在如下的时间范围内使用（不允许在起始日期前和结束日期后使用）；<br>②：工程只能使用特定的天数（使用一天算一天，可不连续）；<br>③：工程只能运行特定的次数（连接应用程序一次算一次运行）；<br>④：注册信息与计算机的硬件绑定（该步骤可选）</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">若勾选④，则用户需要借助工程授权管理器模块进行注册码的生成才可使用，在实际应用中，多数场景会使用勾选该功能进行加密发布，如宁德时代AMD的外发加密工程通常会需要绑定注册信息。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">限制行为分为两类，一种是直接限制用户打开TSMaster工程，另一种则是可以启动工程，但是限制连接。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">进行完以上配置之后，即可下一步进入到需要加密的内容，No.1，No.2是强制勾选，包括数据库文件以及配置文件无法被外部解析，其他加密内容可选。如图4所示：</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">接下来演示如何打开一个加密发布的PT7z工程（假设该工程使用了注册码限制行为），首先双击打开PT7z工程，首次使用时需要导入该文件，并将其释放到一个目录（空）中，打开会有输入密码提示解锁，如图6所示：</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">由于需要获取注册码，因此需要释放端进行加密工程授权。用户需打开此计算机硬件ID显示，如图8所示，复制硬件ID，给到释放端，由其打开工程授权管理器模块，将硬件ID复制进来，选择限制设定，生成注册码发给用户，用户凭借此注册码可以即可打开工程，如下图所示。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">应用发布可以将当前的工程生成一个独立的应用TSAPP文件，双击即可打开并运行所发布的应用，该操作会加密所有数据库和配置信息，防止配置被拷贝和修改；用户可以一键自动运行已配置好的应用，而无需了解应用设计细节，可以非常方便地嵌入生产环境。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">应用发布原理及操作同加密发布，唯一不同的点在于隐藏的模块方式不一样，应用发布可以直接将当前模块全部隐藏，也可以将当前模块中的某些部分进行隐藏不可见，如图11所示：</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A：如果打开工程后出现页面空白的情况，通常是由于配置文件缺失或损坏所致。以下是解决此问题的步骤：<br>① 复制工程文件：确保已备份原始工程文件。<br>② 更改TSMaster.ini文件：<br>→ 打开TSMaster.ini文件；<br>→ 将原工程中<code>lyt</code>文件夹下的<code>TSMaster_Current Layout.lyt</code>文件内容复制（如图13所示）；<br>→ 将复制的内容粘贴到不正常工程的TSMaster.ini文件的末尾（如图14所示）；<br>→ 保存修改后的TSMaster.ini文件。<br>③ 重新打开工程：关闭并重新打开TSMaster，检查页面是否恢复正常。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A：如果打开工程后出现页面错乱的情况，可以尝试以下方法：<br>① 解压工程文件：如果是应用发布后的工程，需要尝试重新解压TSAPP工程，然后再打开。因为TSAPP本身是一个压缩文件，若采用直接打开的方式，可能会由于打开的机制不同（没有权限，文件存在临时目录当中），造成打开空白。<br>② 更改配置文件：参照1中的方法，更改TSMaster.ini文件。<br>③ 删除系统变量：如果工程文件中涉及系统变量缺失（情况少见），请删除TSMaster.ini文件中的<code>userVariable</code>字段（通常存在两个）。</p>
