TF1011 is a handheld ECU flashing tool developed by TOSUN Technology Ltd., which can be flashing offline with one key by importing the diagnostic process in TSMaster. After completing the configuration in PC, the device can realize in handheld offline scenario: diagnosis based on UDS protocol and Flash Bootloader program update function based on UDS protocol.

1. Product profile

TSFlash Lite is a single-channel, handheld program flashing device. Together with TSMaster software, users can edit UDS diagnostic processes (typical applications such as UDS flashing process) without writing code. It supports simultaneous configuration of three sets of download processes, which can be switched by keystroke.

One CAN FD interface, compatible with both CAN2.0 and CAN FD, with built-in programmable termination resistors, eliminating the need for external termination resistors.

2. Functional characteristics

  • CAN channel DC2500V isolation.
  • Built-in configurable 120Ω termination resistor;
  • Adopts DB9 interface, and supports taking power from DB9 interface;
  • Matching DB9 to OBD-II cable;
  • The UDS flashing process is configured through the TSMaster software graphical interface and requires no programming;
  • Seamless integration of R&D and production configuration processes;
  • Privilege control (optional): supports remote update of the configuration process by privileged users;
  • Support customized seed key algorithm download;
  • Up to three groups of diagnostic (including FBL flashing) processes are supported simultaneously, switchable by keystrokes;
  • Flashing process message log (optional);
  • Supports Infineon Uart on CAN protocol;
  • Support for controlling the power port of the downloaded device

3. Typical applications

After the configuration is completed on the PC side, the following functions can be implemented in the device in a handheld offline scenario:

  • Diagnostics based on UDS protocol
  • Flash Bootloader program update based on UDS protocol
