Equipped with multi-channel CAN FD interfaces and high-precision sampling capabilities, it ensures high throughput and loss-free transmission of massive parallel data. This provides upper-layer algorithms with high-fidelity data input, fundamentally safeguarding the verification and optimization of intelligent algorithms in real-world environments.

In vehicle hardware-in-the-loop simulation, we utilize TSMaster software integrated with TOSUN CAN cards. Through C scripts and a graphical user interface, we flexibly simulate other ECU nodes and driver inputs across the entire vehicle. This enables the under-test VCU to be integrated into a complete, controllable virtual vehicle environment for validation. This approach significantly reduces reliance on physical vehicles or other hardware, moving traditional vehicle-dependent debugging phases forward. Consequently, it substantially shortens development cycles and lowers costs.

I find the most practical feature of TSMaster to be its data replay function. When debugging the core traction control system of the race car, we reliably captured real-time tire speed and torque data using TOSUN's Tlog1004 data logger.Subsequently, we could precisely and repeatedly recreate the actual test scenarios in the lab, enabling efficient tuning of PID control parameters. This seamless solution ensures the precision and stability of the race car's powertrain control, significantly boosting our debugging efficiency and success rate.
