With the evolution of EE architecture, 10Base-T1S (in-vehicle Ethernet) and CAN FD have become the two most common communication protocols in current vehicle networks. Traditional approaches often require engineers to configure multiple standalone devices to achieve simultaneous monitoring and simulation of both networks, increasing system complexity and testing costs. To help users develop and validate automotive networks more efficiently, TOSUN officially introduces the TC1052—a portable communication tool integrating 10Base-T1S and CAN FD to USB conversion.

Users can transmit raw frame data from 10Base-T1S or CAN FD networks to a PC via the USB interface using this device, or send raw frame data from the PC to 10Base-T1S or CAN FD networks. Combined with TSMaster software, the TC1052 device supports monitoring, emulation, analysis, and testing of Ethernet data, and enables protocol functions such as DoIP and SOME/IP.

Beyond its core 10Base-T1S communication capabilities, the TC1052 also features two CAN FD bus interfaces with a maximum data rate of 8Mbps. It supports loading DBC and ARXML database files, enabling users to monitor, analyze, and simulate CAN FD bus data. Additionally, it supports UDS diagnostics, ECU flashing, and CCP/XCP calibration functions.
