TS3004 is a high-performance thermocouple temperature acquisition device launched by TOSUN.Built-in high-precision cold junction compensation circuit supports digital processing of 8-channel K-type thermocouple signals, directly outputting temperature data in degrees Celsius (℃). The measurement range spans -200°C to 1370°C, with input terminals capable of withstanding ±45V overvoltage surges.

The device utilizes a D-Sub 9-pin interface for communication with other CAN bus type devices. When paired with the powerful TSMaster software, it supports loading DBC database files, enabling convenient monitoring, analysis, and simulation of CAN FD bus data.


High-precision measurement: Built-in cold junction compensation, direct output in degrees Celsius

  • Built-in cold junction compensation, directly outputs temperature in degrees Celsius

  • The standard version supports K-type thermocouples (J, N, R, S, T, E, and B types available upon request).
  • Supports 50 Hz line frequency filtering (60 Hz available upon request), featuring sensitive thermocouple fault detection.

Select operating mode via the 4-digit hardware ID DIP switch:

  • Default Mode (ID 0–14)
    After power-up, the CAN baud rate is fixed at 1 Mbps. The device supports configuration messages sent via communication commands. Upon receiving a message, the corresponding configuration parameters are stored in memory.
  • Custom Mode (ID 15)
    Upon power-up, the system automatically loads the most recently stored CAN configuration parameters (such as baud rate, filter settings, etc.). Configuration messages cannot be sent via communication commands in this mode.
