The Kunming University of Science and Technology (KMUST) Formula Racing Team, initiated by the School of Transportation Engineering in 2009 and competing for the first time in 2010, stands as Yunnan Province's sole powerhouse to have consecutively participated in the China Formula Student Competition for fifteen years.The KMUST Formula Racing Team brings together over forty interdisciplinary students from eight colleges, including Transportation, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Information Science, and Management. Organized into seven core groups—Electronic Control, Suspension, Body, Operations, and others—the team strives year after year for speed and dreams through exceptional engineering practice and teamwork.
